- Act as the overall lead for cybersecurity risk and compliance engagements, ensuring successful delivery of agreed objectives, timelines, and quality expectations
- Own and drive the execution of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs across complex enterprise environments
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to multidisciplinary teams delivering cybersecurity risk and compliance services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business, technology, and security stakeholders
- Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, control effectiveness reviews, compliance activities, and risk treatment initiatives
- Ensure risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges are proactively identified, managed, and escalated
- Lead stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and management discussions to support decision making
- Review and validate key deliverables, reports, and recommendations prior to executive presentation
- Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance practices
- Mentor and support consultants and junior team members

- 12+ years of experience in delivering cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure sectors
- Proven experience leading large scale cybersecurity risk and compliance programs within complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams

Job Summary

- The role involves driving governance activities, coordinating cross functional teams, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of risk and compliance programs.
Responsibilities

- Demonstrated track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams.
