About The Role
We are seeking an experienced **Cybersecurity Operations Manager** to lead cybersecurity operations and ensure the protection of critical systems, infrastructure, and data.
The role will be responsible for managing cybersecurity operations, risk management, and compliance while supporting the organization's overall cybersecurity strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and cybersecurity governance**, along with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee **cybersecurity operations**, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and response to security threats.
- Support the development and implementation of the **cybersecurity strategy** aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead **risk management and vulnerability remediation activities** to reduce organizational cybersecurity risks.
- Ensure cybersecurity controls, policies, and procedures are implemented and maintained across systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee **security incident management and response processes**.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure **business continuity and disaster recovery planning** meets cybersecurity requirements.
- Ensure compliance with **national cybersecurity regulations and standards**.
- Monitor cybersecurity performance metrics and **report risks and incidents to senior leadership**.
- Manage and mentor cybersecurity team members, ensuring high performance and capability development.
- Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives and promote a **strong security culture** across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in **Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field**.
- Minimum **5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or information security**.
- Experience managing **security operations teams or cybersecurity projects**.
- Strong knowledge of **security operations, vulnerability management, risk management, and incident response**.
- Familiarity with **cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements**.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, high-security environment**.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with **SOC operations, SIEM tools, and security monitoring platforms**.
- Knowledge of **cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance practices**.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., **CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar**) are a plus.
- Excellent **Arabic and English communication skills**.

Pay: ﷼28,000.00 - ﷼35,000.00 per month
