About the Role
Cipher is seeking a Cybersecurity Access Control Specialist to join its cybersecurity team.
The role manages identity and access controls, privileged access solutions, and secure enterprise access while supporting cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
- Provision, modify, and revoke user access according to approved access-control policies.
- Implement, maintain, and support PAM solutions, including CyberArk.
- Conduct periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns.
- Monitor privileged accounts and enforce the principle of least privilege.
- Support internal and external audits with access-control evidence and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements, including SAMA CSF.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to improve secure access controls and identity governance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues while maintaining service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum four years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Access Control.
