- Lead and mature threat intelligence and threat hunting capabilities across the enterprise

- Deliver executive level reporting on the evolving threat landscape
- Mentor and develop a high performing cyber intelligence team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in senior cyber security roles
- Experience working in large, complex or global environments
- Proven leadership in threat intelligence and threat hunting functions
- Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance (NV2)
- Deep expertise in threat intelligence, threat hunting and threat modelling
- Hands on experience with SIEM and security tooling (e.g. Splunk, CrowdStrike)

- You will lead the development of advanced threat intelligence and proactive hunting capabilities, helping to prevent, detect and respond to sophisticated cyber threats.
- Working closely with global teams, government agencies and senior stakeholders, you will translate complex intelligence into actionable insights that protect our operations and customers.
A day in the life of a Cyber Threat Intelligence & Hunting Manager, at Toll Grou
- Lead and mature threat intelligence and threat hunting capabilities across the enterprise
- Conduct advanced threat assessments and identify emerging adversary tactics and risks
- Translate intelligence insights into remediation actions with security and IT teams
- Partner with government agencies and industry peers to strengthen cyber defence
- Deliver executive level reporting on the evolving threat landscape
- Mentor and develop a high performing cyber intelligence team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in senior cyber security roles
- Experience working in large, complex or global environments
- Proven leadership in threat intelligence and threat hunting functions
- Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance (NV2)
- Experience working across multiple time zones (desirable)
Skills & Experience
- Deep expertise in threat intelligence, threat hunting and threat modelling
- Strong understanding of both offensive and defensive cyber security practices
- Hands on experience with SIEM and security tooling (e.g. Splunk, CrowdStrike)
- Solid knowledge of incident response and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
