The Cyber Systems Support Specialist provides end-user technical support for the Persistent Cyber Training Environment at the Cyberspace Operations Systems Program Office.

The role documents, monitors, researches, troubleshoots, and resolves reported issues while meeting service-level standards.
Help Desk Operations
- Use Jira Service Management and vSphere to monitor and maintain the PCTE platform.
- Create user accounts, address platform issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Incorporate user feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Support systems classified as Unclassified, Sec/REL, and Top-Secret.
- Support software and device installations, upgrades, user profiles, and account maintenance.
