Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor security events, analyze threats, and respond to cyber incidents
- Conduct advanced penetration testing (internal/external) and red team exercises
- Deploy and manage intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM, EDR, and XDR solutions
- Identify zero day vulnerabilities, backdoors, and advanced persistent threats (APT) techniques
- Utilize threat intelligence platforms to track threat actors
- Perform attack surface assessments to identify exploitable entry points
- Develop custom exploits and payloads for in depth security testing
- Reverse engineer malware and provide mitigation strategies
- Simulate real world cyberattacks, social engineering campaigns, and phishing assessments
- Assess and mitigate cyber risks using industry best practices and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, UAE regulations)
- Implement zero trust security architectures and least privilege access models
Requirements
- Expertise in penetration testing, ethical hacking, red teaming, and threat hunting
- Experience with security tools (SIEM, EDR, XDR, IDS/IPS)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
- Experience with cloud security and zero trust architectures
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to protect digital assets, networks, and sensitive information from advanced cyber threats.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in offensive and defensive security strategies, including penetration testing, ethical hacking, red teaming, and threat hunting.
- This role involves securing infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, conducting cyber threat intelligence (CTI) operations, and responding to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Operations & Threat Management: Continuously monitor security events, analyze threats, and respond to cyber incidents.
- Conduct advanced penetration testing (internal/external) and red team exercises to simulate real world attacks.
- Deploy and manage intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM, EDR, and XDR solutions.
- Identify zero day vulnerabilities, backdoors, and advanced persistent threats (APT) techniques.
- Utilize threat intelligence platforms to track nation state actors, ransomware gangs, and cybercriminal tactics.
- Offensive Security & Attack Surface Management: Perform attack surface assessments to identify exploitable entry points across applications, networks, and cloud environments.
- Develop custom exploits and payloads for in depth security testing.
- Reverse engineer malware, analyze payloads, and provide mitigation strategies.
- Work with bug bounty programs and responsible disclosure processes.
- Simulate real world cyberattacks, social engineering campaigns, and phishing assessments to measure security resilience.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Assess and mitigate cyber risks using industry best practices and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, and UAE regulatory requirements).
