Role Description

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of direct enterprise accounts alongside a network of regional channel partners, resellers, and system integrators
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies tailored to GCC market dynamics and buying behaviors
  • Conduct executive-level client meetings, deliver tailored presentations, and prepare compelling proposals
  • Nurture long-term customer relationships, driving retention, upsell, and customer success stories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including presales, marketing, and product
  • Represent StarcSec at regional industry events, trade shows, and conferences (GITEX, GISEC, etc.)
  • Track and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and sales performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales track record in cybersecurity, application security, or SaaS platforms — with direct, hands-on closing experience
  • Demonstrated experience selling within the UAE and broader GCC market, with an established regional network of enterprise clients and/or channel partners
  • Strong knowledge of Application Security Posture Management (ASPM), DevSecOps, and software supply chain security
  • Experience engaging and enabling channel partners, VARs, and system integrators across the GCC
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong time management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
