- Lead and manage SOC and incident response operations
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures and standards
- Monitor and analyse security events, threats and vulnerabilities
- Coordinate response to security incidents and breaches; drive post incident reviews
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Manage security tools: SIEM, SOAR, XDR, IDS/IPS, EDR and vulnerability scanners
- Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure compliance with security best practices
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls and other security frameworks
- Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS), network security and endpoint protection
- Relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CEH)
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
