Overview
- Manage and coordinate cyber security activities regarding governance of ENOC information and cyber security efforts towards protecting the organization information assets and critical infrastructure.
Principal Accountabilities
- Coordinate with ENOC technology functions to ensure cyber security elements are embedded in strategic and operational plans.
- Develop and enforce cyber policies, procedures and standards in line with best practices.
- Manage communication of cyber security policies and ensure compliance.
- Implement cyber security metrics and reporting framework.
- Develop and maintain cyber security architecture.
- Act as cyber security risk management liaison with IT/OT and other departments.
- Report to management on risks, vulnerabilities and security exposures.
- Facilitate cybersecurity risk analysis and management processes.
- Benchmark cyber security risk management practices of other organizations.
- Monitor risk mitigation and coordinate policy and controls.
- Contribute to cyber security risk treatment plan.
- Review external cyber security risk assessments and report findings.
Additional Principal Accountabilities
- Manage relationship with audit group and coordinate responses to audit findings.
- Manage cyber security compliance control monitoring.
- Maintain understanding of industry best practices and regulatory environment.
- Establish and maintain a robust security awareness program.
- Act as cyber security awareness consultant for business units.
- Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
