Role Overview
Support the Cyber Security Program and Digital Systems Strategy as a senior business analyst.
Work across business, operational, site, commercial, and technology teams to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
Support enterprise transformation initiatives in complex, multi-site environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, validate, and communicate business requirements aligned with program objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and documentation.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, process reviews, impact assessments, and requirements gathering across multiple sites and user groups.
- Maintain requirements, process documentation, impact assessments, and other business analysis artifacts throughout the program lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project, change management, and technical teams on development, testing, deployment readiness, training, and adoption.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7–10+ years of business analyst experience in enterprise transformation, technology, cybersecurity, or business readiness programs.
