Role Purpose

Monitoring and Incident Detection

• Analyze attack trends and correlate logs across systems to identify advanced threats.
• Enhance monitoring processes and implement improvements for faster detection and regulatory compliance.

Incident Handling and Analysis

• Perform root cause analysis and create incident response plans.
• Implement disaster recovery measures to minimize business disruption.

Threat Assessment and Compliance

• Conduct forensic analysis using advanced analytics tools and implement mitigation measures.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and auditors to support compliance.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and processes that support audit readiness and continuous compliance.

Training and Mandatory Skills

• Assist in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness sessions, including guidance on phishing and malicious emails.
