Degree-qualified in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline, with significant experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related fields.
Demonstrated expertise across multiple cybersecurity domains, such as Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust, Data Protection/DLP, and AI Governance, supported by strong knowledge of frameworks including NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 and relevant compliance standards.
Proven ability to provide strategic security advice, manage cyber risk, support incident response activities, and influence secure outcomes across complex and decentralized business environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across IT, operations, engineering, business leadership, vendors, and external partners while maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
Preferred experience includes industrial or manufacturing environments, enterprise transformation programs, cybersecurity strategy and governance, vendor risk management, and professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CRISC.
Flexibility to work as part of a global team, including occasional participation in meetings outside standard business hours to support stakeholders across multiple time zones, with some regional travel may be required.
