Responsibilities
- Identify and contact colleges, students, training institutes, and educational communities
- Conduct outbound calls, follow ups, and basic program explanations to potential leads
- Generate and qualify student and institutional leads for the Cyber GRC Training Courses
- Build relationships with college representatives, placement cells, and student communities
- Maintain a database of prospects and follow up systematically
- Achieve weekly and monthly students’ registration targets
- Update lead data in AdventX CRM and track call metrics, conversion rates, and follow up status
- Provide regular performance reports
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Confidence in speaking with students and college representatives
- Good understanding of education, careers, or Cyber technology training / course
- Target driven mindset with willingness to learn and adopt
- Ability to handle follow ups
- Good computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, calling tools, etc.)
- Freshers, graduates, or final year BBA / MBA students

Role Overview
- We are looking for proactive and target driven Cyber GRC Training Courses Sales Interns who will connect with colleges, students, and training institutions to promote the Cyber GRC Training Courses.
- This is a performance oriented role where you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating conversations, explaining the value of the program, converting interest into qualified leads and closing the sales cycle through registration of students for the Cyber GRC Training Courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and contact colleges, students, training institutes, and educational communities.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow ups, and basic program explanations to potential leads.
- Generate and qualify student and institutional leads for the Cyber GRC Training Courses.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with college representatives, placement cells, and student communities.
- Maintain a database of prospects and follow up systematically.
- Act as a representative of Cyber GRC Training Courses while communicating with students and institutions.
- Target Achievement: Maintain high standards for identifying quality leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly students’ registration targets.
- Reporting & Documentation: Update lead data in AdventX CRM.
- Track call metrics, conversion rates, and follow up status.
- Provide regular performance reports.
