The Opportunity
AIR6500 will provide a Joint Air Battle Management System capability for the Royal Australian Air Force. The system will provide multi-domain integration of air, electromagnetic, and missile defence battle management including deployable & fixed operations centres, communications, and both active & passive sensors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining and decomposing system security requirements across Mission and Support Systems.
- Identify security design attributes and articulate how they influence overall system design.
- Plan and oversee cyber security test and evaluation activities, including test plans and test events.
- Conduct system and security reviews and provide recommendations to mitigate identified security risks.
- Prepare core security documentation in support of System Authorisation activities.
- Contribute to security design activities led by the Lead Cyber Architect.
- Provide cyber security subject matter expertise and guidance to stakeholders across security architecture, secure engineering and cyber security supply chain activities.
- Review security architectures and technical solution designs, troubleshoot technical issues and provide cyber security expertise to engineering teams.
- Support cyber security planning, estimating, status monitoring, measurement and reporting activities.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, direction and training to build cyber security knowledge and capability.
- Apply relevant cyber security standards, directives, guidance and policies within architectural frameworks.
