Responsibilities
- Protect client premises, personnel, visitors, and company assets from theft, damage, unauthorized access, and security threats
- Safely transport cash, precious metals, confidential documents, and other high value consignments
- Maintain full custody and accountability of assigned cash and valuables from collection to delivery
- Perform loading, unloading, verification, counting, and documentation of consignments
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and report risks
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, access control systems, and communication equipment
- Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly when assigned as driver
- Maintain continuous communication with Control Room and Operations Team
- Immediately report security incidents, accidents, attempted thefts, and emergencies
- Respond effectively to emergencies including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security breaches
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, post instructions, client requirements, and company policies

Key Responsibilities
- Protect client premises, personnel, visitors, and company assets from theft, damage, unauthorized access, and security threats.
- Safely transport cash, precious metals, confidential documents, and other high value consignments in accordance with approved security procedures.
- Maintain full custody, accountability, and security of all assigned cash and valuable consignments from collection to final delivery.
- Perform loading, unloading, verification, counting, and documentation of all consignments before departure and upon delivery.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of assigned locations to identify and report security risks or suspicious activities.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, access control systems, communication equipment, and other security devices.
- Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles in accordance with client security procedures.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly (where assigned as driver), following approved routes and defensive driving practices.
- Maintain continuous communication with the Control Room and Operations Team during all assignments.
- Immediately report security incidents, accidents, attempted thefts, vehicle breakdowns, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
- Respond effectively to emergencies including fire alarms, medical emergencies, security breaches, robberies, and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), post instructions, client requirements, and company policies.
Additional Duties
- Maintain confidentiality of operational information, customer information, routes, schedules, and consignment details.
- Conduct pre shift and post shift inspections of security equipment, vehicles, communication devices, and assigned tools.
- Prepare accurate Daily Occurrence Reports (DOR), Incident Reports, Vehicle Inspection Reports, Cash Transfer Documentation, and Shift Handover Reports.
- Participate in emergency drills, refresher training, toolbox talks, and operational briefings.
- Assist law enforcement agencies and emergency services whenever required.
- Maintain a professional appearance, excellent customer service, and positive company image at all times.
- Protect company vehicles, uniforms, equipment, firearms (where legally authorized), communication devices, and other company property.
- Report unsafe conditions, security vulnerabilities, or operational risks immediately to the supervisor.
