Qualifications:

  • Educational Background
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Professional Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Customs brokerage, FTZ operations, Trade Compliance
  • Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)
  • Licensed Customs Broker (LCB)
  • Certified Customs Specialist (CCS)
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
  • Language skills:
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Computer & Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in:
  • ACE and ABI systems
  • FTZ ICRS (Inventory Control and Recordkeeping System)
  • Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in:
  • ACE (Automated Commercial Environment)
  • ABI (Automated Broker Interface)
  • FTZ ICRS (Inventory Control and Recordkeeping System)
  • Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word, Outlook

  • For this position, the expected base pay range is $25.00 - $31.50 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
