Customs Specialist - Entry Writer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customs brokerage.
• Preferred Qualifications
• U.S. Customs Brokerage License
• Certification in customs compliance or a related area.
• Experience working with a variety of industries and commodities.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, processes, and documentation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in customs declarations and record-keeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ACE Secure Data Portal
• Language skills
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Computer Literacy
• Proficient in using customs management software and systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• For this position, the expected base pay range is $22.25 – $30.25 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
