Responsibilities
- Navigate and execute complex customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with all international and national regulations
- Manage the end to end logistics process for imported and exported goods, from initial booking to final delivery, optimizing routes and modes of transport
- Prepare, verify, and submit all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, with meticulous accuracy
- Liaise effectively with customs authorities, freight forwarders, carriers, and clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly
- Monitor incoming materials and finished goods stock
- Coordinate receiving of imported materials with warehouse/production team
- Update stock movement records and report shortages or discrepancies
- Assist in stock counting and inventory control
