- Liaise with shipping lines and clients
- Collect and record business expenses in the accounting system
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day to day operations
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive, takes ownership, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using online systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance is an advantage

Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Administrator to join our growing customs clearance business.
Key Responsibilities
- Process online customs declarations through Sharjah Customs systems.
- Prepare customs clearance and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate shipment deliveries and schedule drivers efficiently.
- Liaise with shipping lines and clients.
- Collect and record business expenses in the accounting system.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day to day operations.

- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proactive, takes ownership, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using online systems and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance is an advantage.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
