The Customer Value Architect team is part of Mixpanel's Revenue organization and connects customer purchases with realized value.
The role works with an Account Executive, Renewal Manager, and Delivery Engineer, each with distinct responsibilities.
This is not a build role, but strong comfort with data is required.
The Customer Value Architect owns adoption, value realization, and account health from onboarding through a renewal-ready handoff.
Customer Value and Adoption
- Own onboarding outcomes and time to value for assigned accounts.
- Create success plans that map business objectives to use cases and establish measurable baselines.
- Lead customer enablement and training on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling.
- Build networks of champions and evangelists across customer accounts.
