About the Role
UEXO is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Specialist for its Dubai office. You will provide exceptional support via live chat, email, and phone, assist with account-related inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via Live Chat, Email, and Phone in Mandarin and English
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general account related inquiries
- Support clients with MT4 and MT5 platform related questions and basic troubleshooting
- Liaise with Sales, Compliance, Payments, and Dealing teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions within the company's CRM system
- Deliver high standard of customer service while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Escalate complex client issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional, timely, and solution oriented communication
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall client experience
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Up to 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Financial Services, Forex, FinTech, Banking, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal abilities
- Customer focused with proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast paced environment
- Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
