Accelleron seeks a Customer Support Specialist - Commercial to manage customer service orders and contracts, ensuring seamless commercial operations from enquiry to invoicing. The role serves as the primary commercial interface for assigned accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Execute and support daily commercial operations in the Middle East, including sales and purchase order processing in SAP and internal systems
- Serve as the primary commercial interface for assigned customers and contracts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
- Support inter station coordination and project based commercial activities
- Manage and support commercial activities for Iraq based customers and shipyard requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and supporting optimization initiatives
- Monitor and deliver against assigned KPIs and performance targets
- Ensure strict adherence to trade compliance regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial support or sales support roles with direct customer interaction in a technical/industrial environment
- Strong techno commercial acumen with a customer centric approach
- Good understanding of commercial end to end processes
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP) for order processing and customer support
- Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics preferred) or Business Administration
- Prior exposure to marine, energy, or related industrial service sectors is an advantage
- Arabic language fluency would be an added advantage

Summary
- The Customer Support Specialist Commercial manages customer service orders and contracts across the full order lifecycle.
- Supports commercial activities across the Local Unit based in Dubai, covering multiple countries in the Middle East.
- Reports to the Head of Operations and is a permanent position.
Your Responsibilities
