Role Overview
CWD is hiring a Customer Support & Sales Representative for its collaborative Niagara Falls team.
The role reports to the Support Team Leader and handles sales leads, bulk customers, and pre- and post-sale support.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week.
Schedule
- Hours are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Occasional holiday and overtime work is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales calls and follow up on leads.
- Work with bulk customers to increase sales.
- Provide support by phone, email, and live chat.
- Develop key-account relationships and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor feedback, improve reviews, and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute process improvement insights.
