Role Overview
Provide overnight support to Parkade users through Tier 1 customer support.
Help users complete actions they cannot perform themselves in the Parkade app.
The role requires independent work, clear communication, troubleshooting, and process adherence.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming support requests during overnight Pacific Time hours.
- Identify root causes, provide next steps, and troubleshoot app issues.
- Gather information and reproduce issues when needed.
- Handle routine administrative requests and follow established processes.
- Prioritize requests, follow up on unresolved issues, and ensure resolution.
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Escalate complex or high-priority issues and provide a positive customer experience.
