Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding service offerings, appointments, and general information
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while maintaining a solutions focused approach to client needs
- Direct client requests to the appropriate service lines including audit, tax, and advisory departments
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars between clients and professional staff
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests in the company database
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
- Prepare and send service confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow up communications
- Assist with data entry and maintain accuracy of client contact information
- Resolve routine client concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate manager
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier deliveries
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client coordination, or administrative support, preferably in a professional services, accounting, or audit firm environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor with a client focused approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and firm information
