Overview
We’re looking for an operations executive to handle backend business operations for Circle, ranging from customer support, order management and product listings on the platform.
Customer & Seller Support
- Manage inbound queries on all platforms (whatsapp/meta/calls)
- Manage communication on campaigns and keep track of conversations with customers.
- Identify issues with orders and resolve them.
Order Management
- Manage end to end order process: ensure timely dispatch, customer intimation, delivery coordination
- Manage returns, refunds and exchanges
- Collect feedback and feed into company insights pipeline
Product Listings
- Manage product listings data
Maintaining Platform Hygiene
- Keep a track of listings on platform and do regular health check of the platform
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable/quick learner of various tools/platforms such as Shopify, Canva, etc
- Past experience of remote customer support/vendor management roles is a plus
- Organized, reliable, and great at managing multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Shopify / E-Commerce experience
- Familiarity with the resale/thrift ecosystem or interest in sustainable fashion.
