- Deal with customer queries, conduct and investigate where applicable, providing clear and concise responses
- Resolve queries in a timely manner to avoid delays with payment and manage aged queries/debt
- Role will include an element of cash collections
- Keep accurate and well documented records of all enquiries and customer communication
- Escalate problem queries to line Manager when all other avenues have been explored
- Communicate and liaise with other departments
- Communicate and liaise with couriers regarding deliveries, returns, collections
Requirements
- 3 5 years customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Team player with warm and friendly personality

Job Summary
- We’re now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team in a fast paced environment.
- Ideal candidate to have 3 5 years customer service experience, be professional and hardworking, with an eye for accuracy.
- You’ll be required to provide our customers with exceptional levels of customer support, ensuring prompt query resolution to improve business efficiencies.
Main Duties
- Deal with customer queries, conduct and investigate where applicable, providing customers with a clear and concise response
- Resolve queries in a timely manner to avoid delays with payment and manage aged queries/debt.
- Role will include an element of cash collections
- Keep accurate and well documented records of all enquiries and customer communication, ensure that all follow ups are actioned in a timely manner
- Escalate any problem queries to your line Manager when you believe all other avenues have been explored
- Communicate and liaise with other departments
- Communicate and liaise with couriers regarding deliveries, returns, collections
