Job Overview
Customer Support Executive role supporting clients with UAE business formation, company setup, PRO services, and corporate solutions.
The position is full-time and requires in-person work.
The listed pay is up to AED 4,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for clients seeking company formation, business setup, licensing, PRO, and corporate services.
- Respond through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain procedures, documentation, timelines, and service requirements accurately.
- Follow up on pending documents, payments, applications, approvals, and related requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, PRO, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Resolve or escalate complaints and maintain regular client updates.
- Record client information, communications, follow-ups, and service status in the CRM.
- Maintain confidential documentation and support cross-selling of relevant services.
- Stay current on company services, procedures, and UAE business formation requirements.
Qualifications
- One to two years of customer support, customer service, client servicing, or similar experience is required.
- At least one year of business formation experience is required.
