Role Overview
Full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Dubai.
The role supports customers with product, service, order, delivery, and basic technical inquiries.

Core Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels and provide timely, accurate information.
- Resolve issues involving orders, deliveries, and technical aspects of label products.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams.
- Document customer interactions in the customer support system.
- Escalate complex technical or service-related problems.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolutions.
- Identify recurring concerns and share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer support and customer service skills are required.
- Ability to manage expectations, handle complaints, and maintain positive client relationships is required.
- Experience using email, chat, and CRM tools for online support is required.
