Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with prior experience in the iGaming industry to provide excellent support to our users.

The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist users with account setup, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay-related queries
  • Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Escalate technical or payment-related issues when required
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Educate users about platform features, offers, and responsible gaming

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support (iGaming experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills

Required Languages (Any)

  • Kannada
  • Hindi
  • Marathi
  • Gujarati
  • Telugu
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
  • Basic knowledge of online gaming platforms and payment processes
  • Good problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach

Mandatory Requirement

  • Candidate must have a valid **own visa** (freelance/spouse visa, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and live chat support
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
