We focus on delivering excellent customer experience, smooth communication, and reliable support for our users and partners.
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible **Customer Support Executive** who can manage customer communication, follow-ups, and support operations during and outside standard working hours when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, calls, chat, email, and social media
- Follow up with customers, partners, and service providers regularly
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide quick resolutions
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding app issues, orders, bookings, and customer requests
- Monitor and support ongoing customer activities outside working hours when needed
- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and updates
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive user experience
- Escalate urgent technical or operational issues to the management team
- Support on-boarding and guidance for new users of the Tailix App
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, call center, or operations support
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a big advantage)
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work responsibly during flexible timings and urgent situations
- Professional attitude and patience while handling customers
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business
- Ability to multitask and manage customer conversations efficiently
- Experience in pet industry, service marketplace apps, or startup environments is a plus
