- Superbytesinfo is hiring for multiple positions in Dubai: Customer Support Executive (6 positions), Data Analyst (2 positions), and Accountant (4 positions).
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle customer queries via chat, email, and other channels; provide timely resolutions; assist with account queries; maintain high service standards; escalate complex issues.
- Data Analyst: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data; prepare reports and dashboards; monitor data accuracy; support decision making; maintain data integrity.
- Accountant: Manage daily accounting activities; maintain invoices and reports; perform reconciliation; assist in financial reports; ensure accuracy in entries.
Required Skills
