- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to resolve complex issues and improve platform performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud based applications
- Experience supporting enterprise software platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SQL databases, C#, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions is preferred
- Previous technical support or customer support engineering experience is an advantage
