This is position is a key contributor in promoting and implementing Lectra’s offer for our prospects and customers through demos and trials.

Collect information to properly prepare and run demos, trials and analyses results. The Software Solution Specialist is responsible for defining the data workflow, IT infrastructure (network, servers) & IT integration and contributes to the project scoping activities. As a key member of the Call Center team, acting as a technical and hands on project lead, the Software Solution Specialist pilots the SW installation and deployment, visiting customers on-site to support the start of production, customers’ acceptance tests, solution configuration, implementation & sustainment. She / He prepares, provides training to end-users and assesses acquired competencies by customer teams. She / He also designs workshops to address issue or to identify potential improvements (productivity, yield, performance, quality, etc.)

Bachelor degree in B. Tech - Fashion Technology (Apparel Production), or Master of Fashion Technology discipline, with good knowledge on pattern making through drafting & flat pattern techniques, draping, Garment Construction, stitching, fundamentals of textiles & yarns, fit analysis, fabric cut planning 7-9 years of working experience in fashion & apparel industry (garment manufacturing) As a part of customer benchmark or Proof of Concept, he / she will be responsible for developing and creating patterns for a variety of clothing apparels. Conceptualize patterns through the use of drawings and sketches, with good knowledge of grading, detailing, and adjusting garments in various sizes Working and Good knowledge of CAD / CAM Software (Gerber Accumark & AccuNest) for the fashion and apparel industry in pattern, grading & marker making is a MUST, with good communication & presentation skills  Understands tech packs, different kinds of fabric, patterns and should know how to make presentations and reports using MS – Office tools Should be a team player and interact with other colleagues Knowledge on Lectra software (Kaledo, Modaris & Diamino) is an advantage

Capability to define and manage the business goals and scope of change initiatives. Capability to investigate, evaluate, analyse and classify data Capability to understand and work with various Operating Systems and programming languages as well as networks Ability to synthetize and communicate clear messages, adapted & targeted to the different audiences they address.  Good business acumen & organizational skills, good critical thinking, reasoning, evaluating (profitability/risk), problem solving, decision making, analysing. Adaptability to various situations, cultures, technical environments.
