We are looking for a professional and friendly Arabic-speaking Customer Support & Client Coordinator to handle customer inquiries and support our web platform and mobile app services.
The ideal candidate will communicate clearly with clients, understand their needs, and provide accurate information about our services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or phone
- Explain company services related to web platforms and mobile apps
- Assist clients with onboarding and basic support
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, project management)
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Ensure fast response times and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic (required) and good English
- Experience in customer support or client communication
- Basic understanding of web and mobile applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in tech or digital services
