Role overview
Provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance to internal and external customers.
Support the MOSE Customer Service Team in the USA and coordinate with MOSE Leadership.
Improve customer satisfaction through complete case ownership and stakeholder coordination.
Work model
- The role uses a hybrid work model.
- The candidate must be in or near New Berlin, Wisconsin, or Houston, Texas.
Core responsibilities
- Manage outstanding customer balances and resolve billing discrepancies to accelerate payment.
- Investigate disputes involving invoices, credits, pricing, and product issues.
- Document root causes and corrective actions for customer disputes.
- Track orders from release through completion and coordinate to address delays.
- Provide escalation support for e-commerce tools and customer-facing business applications.
Process and systems
- Improve customer care processes through Salesforce workflow enhancements and automation.
- Use Power BI and advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, Power Query, and lookup formulas.
