Customer Support Adviser

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Cobham branch as a Customer Support Adviser. In this role you will put our customers at the heart of your role by building and maintaining customer relationships to enhance profitability.

This will involve promoting and cross-selling our General Insurance (GI) products to our existing customer base, while also looking at potential leads for our life products. You will need to identify, collate and analyse data relating to our existing client base to generate potential prospects.

Your day to day will also involve reviewing and amending policies, investigating and processing claims, as well as managing transactions such as policy cancellations refunds.

The role works as the backbone of the Cobham branch as is a varied position that will allow you to focus on your own continuous improvement and maintain your own knowledge, while also getting involved in reporting, administrative tasks and even marketing.
