Customer Support Administrator

Has a strong customer service background.

Is a highly organised self-starter with a can-do attitude.

Is PC literate.

Demonstrates a flexible approach, enthusiastic, confident, and motivated to meet the challenges of a busy service team.

Competence in MS Word, Excel & Outlook

Competence in Microsoft CRM 365

Experience with SAP would be an advantage

You will ideally be located in Reading, UK
