About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support & Administration Executive to serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, manage customer communications, and handle administrative tasks including registrations, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
- Manage customer communications and automated messaging campaigns using Infobip
- Provide accurate information regarding training programs, schedules, fees, registrations, and academy services
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Manage player registrations, enrollments, attendance records, and maintain databases
- Generate and process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding fees
- Assist with bank related transactions, deposits, petty cash management, and financial record keeping
- Coordinate court bookings, training schedules, and daily operational requirements with coaching staff
- Prepare reports, maintain administrative records, and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Order and manage office supplies, sports equipment, and other operational inventory
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Qatar
- Experience in customer service and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Infobip or similar communication platforms

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer communications and automated messaging campaigns using Infobip (WhatsApp/SMS) or similar platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding training programs, schedules, fees, registrations, and academy services.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally while building strong relationships with players, parents, and the academy community.
- Manage player registrations, enrollments, attendance records, and maintain accurate databases and filing systems.
- Generate and process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding subscription fees.
- Assist with bank related transactions, including deposits, petty cash management, and financial record keeping.
- Coordinate court bookings, training schedules, and daily operational requirements with coaching staff.
- Prepare reports, maintain administrative records, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Order and manage office supplies, sports equipment, and other operational inventory as required.
- Support the smooth day to day operations of the academy while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient financial administration.

- Must be currently residing in Qatar.
Pay
- QAR4,000.00 QAR4,500.00 per month
