Customer Success Specialist

who not only ensures client satisfaction but also identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Close renewal deals and increase account value.
  • Achieve retention and revenue growth KPIs.

Requirements
