We are looking for a qualified Customer Success Representative for our office in Orem, UT.

Must be able to learn new systems and protocols on a computer, be tech-literate, and be adaptable to technology.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Drive sales growth through account management strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and lead generation
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management
• Conduct warm calling to prospective clients
• Provide technical sales support to customers

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
