Role Overview
The Customer Success and Operations Associate will support customers, manage instructor onboarding and enrollment, engage instructors and educational institutions, and maintain smooth marketplace operations.
The role requires a proactive, organized, customer-focused person who communicates confidently with learners, instructors, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
- Manage instructor enrollment, onboarding, and follow-ups through approval and activation.
- Maintain accurate platform records for instructor statuses and onboarding progress.
- Identify and approach potential instructors and educational institutions through outbound communication and email outreach.
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential instructors and institutions.
- Update management on customer queries, onboarding progress, and pending approvals.
