Customer Success Manager - US

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers go live with the product and are satisfied with the results.
• Understand roles, needs, priorities, and misalignments within enterprise customer organizations.
• Prioritize conflicting customer requests based on organizational success.
• Craft internal and external narratives about what customers need to succeed.
• Manage engineering time so important customer work is prioritized and low-value requests use minimal engineering resources.
• Field and troubleshoot customer support requests.
• Create and update customer documentation and training materials.
• Identify ways to make the integration process more robust and improve customer success.

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations.
• Experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of APIs and prior interaction with them.
• Ability to understand organizational roles and prioritize the stakeholders most important to a task.
• Ability to craft clear narratives and motivate others.
• Enjoyment of customer interaction and solving new problems daily.
• Ability and desire to learn quickly, think outside the box, and develop solutions.
