About the Role
Little Thinking Minds seeks a Customer Success Manager to own post-sales relationships with schools in Qatar, driving adoption, renewals, and expansions. The role involves building strong relationships, monitoring usage, and coordinating events to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for assigned schools and partners
- Build strong, long term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption
- Own the renewal and expansion process for your portfolio
- Conduct monthly check in calls and onsite meetings with schools
- Monitor usage and proactively schedule meetings to improve adoption
- Identify opportunities for expanding usage across grades, departments, or additional products
- Plan and execute the Monthly Teacher Reward Program
- Plan and run Ramadan competitions with schools
- Organize and conduct end of year ceremonies
- Collect feedback from schools and share insights with internal teams
Requirements
- Experience in customer success or account management in K 12 education
- Ability to manage subscription renewals and expansions
- Strong communication and relationship building skills

Your Team
- CSMs work directly with customers and collaborate cross functionally with Support, Product, Engineering, Content, and Finance teams.
Your Role
- A CSM owns the post sales relationship with schools, manages subscription renewals and expansions, and serves the K 12 education market.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for assigned schools and partners
- Build strong, long term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption
- Own the renewal and expansion process for your portfolio
- Understand school budgets and procurement processes
- Conduct monthly check in calls and onsite meetings with schools
- Monitor usage and proactively schedule meetings to improve adoption
- Identify opportunities for expanding usage across grades, departments, or additional products
- Collaborate with Sales/Account teams to support upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Plan and execute the Monthly Teacher Reward Program
- Plan and run Ramadan competitions with schools
- Organize and conduct end of year ceremonies
- Collect feedback from schools and share insights with internal teams
