Customer Success Manager

Wonder Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination across clients, sales activities, external BDMs, and internal teams.

This role is responsible for managing key administrative and customer-facing processes across the sales journey, including contracts management, CRM and finance updates, lead engagement, sales meetings, pipeline management, external relationship coordination, and day-to-day sales team support .

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, commercially minded, and confident communicating with both clients and external stakeholders. You will play an important role in keeping the sales pipeline moving, ensuring information and documentation remain accurate, and supporting the Sales Manager and wider team in delivering an efficient and professional customer experience.
