Role Overview
Monks is seeking a client-first Customer Success Manager or Engagement Manager for its Melbourne Data and Analytics team.
The role owns relationships with enterprise clients, grows accounts, oversees delivery, and helps clients realize measurable value from data investments.
The role combines client services, account management, digital consulting, commercial conversations, and data and analytics understanding.
Client Relationship Management
- Own day-to-day and strategic relationships with enterprise clients across data and analytics engagements.
- Map stakeholders, identify decision-makers and sponsors, and build rapport at each level.
- Act as the primary contact and maintain clear communication across client teams.
- Translate technical delivery outputs into business value aligned with client KPIs and executive stakeholders.
- Run client check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap sessions.
Account Growth and Commercial Expansion
- Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities, including new workstreams, expanded scope, and upsell across service lines.
