Role Overview
Serve as a product specialist for the Falcon Shield platform and help customers realize value from their investment.
Support customer retention and growth by understanding business needs, security objectives, and SaaS environments.
Guide customers through onboarding, capability adoption, and improvements to their SaaS security posture.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage onboarding and training for customers using the Falcon Shield platform.
- Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and growth across an assigned customer book of business.
- Translate customer use cases into measurable value and improved SaaS security outcomes.
- Promote new features and demonstrate how the product can reduce SaaS-related risks.
- Act as the primary customer contact and trusted security advisor.
- Partner with Product and R&D teams on gaps, feature requests, and product improvements.
- Create success plans with measurable goals and timelines.
- Conduct strategic business reviews on priorities, roadmap, threats, usage, and best practices.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of customer success management experience in a cybersecurity organization.
