Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
- Communicate project updates, feedback, and expectations between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth client experience by proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Drive client retention through excellent relationship management and service delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to improve collaboration and client outcomes.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Account Management, or a similar client facing role is preferred.
