Role Overview
Easygenerator is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its e-learning software business.
The role builds trusted customer relationships and drives retention, expansion, and advocacy across industries and geographies.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and advise customers on achieving business outcomes.
- Assess account health, identify risks, and lead mitigation plans.
- Lead regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and strategic customer discussions.
- Develop success plans that support retention and create expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Represent the customer internally by providing feedback to Product and influencing roadmap decisions.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 2–3 years of customer success or key account management experience; prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Commercial mindset and ability to negotiate strong outcomes.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to identify the real need behind a request.
Nice to Have
- Passion for HR tech and familiarity with the latest trends in the space.
