Role Description
- The Customer Success Manager at Força Aérea Recrutamento is a full time remote role focused on ensuring long term value and satisfaction for clients.
- In this position, the individual will onboard new customers, guide them through product adoption, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their objectives.
- Daily responsibilities include monitoring customer health metrics, conducting regular check ins, addressing inquiries, and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
- The role also involves identifying opportunities for customer retention and growth, gathering feedback to improve services, and documenting key interactions and outcomes in customer success tools.
Qualifications
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to client needs.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data, track performance indicators, and make data informed recommendations.
- Experience in customer retention strategies, including proactive outreach and structured follow up processes.
- Proven relationship building capabilities to establish trust, maintain engagement, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client facing roles, ideally within technology or service focused organizations.
